If you are interested
in booking an NYT Party, this is how it works:
1) Check availability
Firstly, please call us
(see 'Contact us') and tell us what you are looking
for. We will take as many details about the party as
possible and check dates. We can confirm if a date is
free.
2) Complete the booking form
This can be done in a
number of ways:
(i) A semi completed booking
form can be emailed to you
(iii) A semi completed
booking form can be posted to you
It is important to note that
your Party is NOT booked at this stage.
You need to complete the
booking form and follow the payment instructions and
post back to us as quickly as possible.
3) Confirming the booking
Once we receive your booking
form and payment, we will book a Party Leader and confirm
the date and booking to you in writing. We will
provide party invitations to hand out to guests.
Before the party ....
4) Finally, a few days
before the party, your Party Leader will contact you
to finalise all arrangements.
On the day ....
5) On the big day, she
or he will arrive fifteen minutes before the start of
the party activities and will be keen to meet the birthday
boy or girl to find out how to make their party the
best ever.
